We stand behind all of our gear. If your apparel develop a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the manufacture date, we want to get you back in the game. If you believe your item is flawed, and it’s within 30 days of your purchase, you can simply return it to us for store credit, exchange or refund.

All OOMG purchases have a 30-day return policy (some exceptions apply). All purchases made on OOMG.com, from any of our representatives have a 30-day return period.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY OOMG ORDER?
All OOMG purchases have an 30-day return policy (some exceptions apply). You can exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days—just give us a call and we’ll make it happen. Whether you want a different size, color, or even a different style altogether, we’ve got you covered. After 30 days, you can still exchange any unworn and unwashed items over the phone or on line.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
After your return is processed, we’ll email you when the refund is issued to your payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 additional days to be available in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
